Who we are

Yaa Tasaheel, a Saudi company based in Jeddah, CR Unified National Number 7055115203. We are the controller of personal data received through yaatasaheel.com.

What we collect

• Form data: name, company, email, mobile number, the service or product requested, the option chosen (trial, live walkthrough, ready-made or branded copy), number of users or employees, and anything you write in your message.
• Correspondence: what you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: standard server logs kept by our host (IP address, browser type, request time) for security and operation.

We use no advertising cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. The product demos send no data anywhere: they run in your browser on fictional data.

Why we collect it

• To answer your request, scope the work and prepare a quote.
• To set up the trials and walkthroughs you ask for.
• To perform contracts and provide support.
• To protect the website from abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We rely on your consent when you send a form, on performing a contract or pre-contract steps at your request, or on a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent personal data. Service providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Formspree to receive form submissions.
• Hostinger to host the website.
• Google Fonts to load the site typeface; Google may receive your IP address when it loads.

Some of these providers may be outside Saudi Arabia; any transfer follows the PDPL and its regulation on transfers outside the Kingdom.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.
• Client data: for the length of the contract, then as long as the law requires for contractual and financial records.
• Server logs: per our hosting provider’s settings.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• Be informed of how your data is collected and processed.
• Access your data and receive a copy in a readable format.
• Correct or complete inaccurate data.
• Ask for your data to be destroyed once it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
• Complain to the competent authority (the Saudi Data & AI Authority, SDAIA).

We answer requests within 30 days of receipt.

How we protect it

We apply to our own site what we recommend to clients: encrypted connections (HTTPS), strict security headers, data minimisation and limited access. Please never send passwords or credentials through our forms.
